With full access to a large main floor living room, dining area, cook and eat-in kitchen and a gorgeous sun room our Century Home offers our guests 5 beautifully decorated rooms on the second level, but if you need more room we have a third storey loft that can accommodate 3-4 more.

Available year round in the charming beachside village of Port Stanley, Almavilla is a perfect location for large groups that want to be together in a very private setting.

 

Perfect for business retreats, wedding parties, family reunions and friends weekend get-together.

 

This large Historic estate is available with all its private fenced  lawn area, direct waterfront. As a century old Victorian beauty, she represents one of the finest homes in the region. Excellence in craftsmanship is displayed throughout this summer residence of yesteryear.

This is a seven bedroom home, with a double foldout on the main floor.

Five queen beds in five bedrooms on the second floor.

Four queen beds in two bedrooms on the third floor.

Five bathrooms on three levels.

Guests are to bring their own bed linens, pillows and towels etc. Otherwise, can be provided by a local hotel for $200 per stay.

An additional option for an extra king bed we can make available on-site in a private small lakeside house.

If you need extra accommodation for a larger group or guests with specific needs, we have, rooms are available at the Inn on the Harbour in downtown Port Stanley which we can provide to you at 10% OFF the regular rate.


Your weekly furnished rental term includes:

  • WIFI (use your own Netflix)
  • Barbeque with full propane tank
  • Kayaks, pedal boats and bicycles are available
  • Wood for the firepit
  • Hot tub (Available from June 1st until December 1st)

Optional Upgrades:

  • Linen service: $200/stay. Bedsheets, pillows, blanckets and towels.
  • Parking: 10$ / Vehicle / Stay (Parking pass per vehicle will be provided)
  • Alma Villa Ice House: Half price when rented with Alma.

High Season: May 31, 2024 - September 8, 2024

$3500 / weekend, Check-in Friday 3 PM, Check-out Monday 12PM

Mid-Season: September 9, 2023 - November 4, 2023

$2500 / weekend, Check-in Friday 3 PM, Check-out Monday 12PM

Off Season: November 5, 2023- March 24, 2024

$2000 / weekend, Check-in Friday 3 PM, Check-out Monday 12PM

Mid-Season: March 25, 2024 - May31, 2024

$2500 / weekend, Check-in Friday 3 PM, Check-out Monday 12PM

Mid-week Booking:

Mid-weeks are half the rate of a weekend, and check in is Tuesday at 3 PM until Friday at 9 AM. 

Mid-week Days:

Mid-week days may be added to either end of your stay at a rate of $200/day.

Statutory Holiday:

There is a $200 surcharge for statutory holidays/weekends.

Succeeding Weeks:

There is a $200 discount for succeeding weeks.


A $500 deposit is required to make a reservation.

An email transfer is best and will automatically lock your requested dates. Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel atleast 60 days prior to your confirmation date. Balance of your rent payments must be paid no later than 60 days prior to your occupancy date. Once confirmation is made, your deposit becomes a damage deposit and will be refunded to you within 7 days after your stay.

Notice from the Municipality of Central Elgin:

Municipality of Central Elgin is becoming much more strict towards short term rentals and they have asked us to make sure that all renters are especially aware of these two particular by-laws:

1. Noise By-Law and

2. Traffic and Parking By-law

Please also know that the municipality will show little, to no tolerance towards any infractions.

 

 

ALMA VILLA NON SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is prohibited as per Ontario Smoke Free Bylaw May 31/06.

 

SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in the entire ALMA VILLA Building.

Smoking is permitted on the decks, lawns, and the parking lot.

 

Smoking marijuana etc. & burning incense is not permitted on Alma Villa property. If it is discovered that there has been smoking before or after your check out, there will be a $250.00 charge that will be charged to you AND/OR you will be asked to leave.
