•Pricing includes 2 adults.

•Each additional teenager and adult add $25.00 plus taxes.

•Children under 10 years stay with an adult complimentary.

•Children 10 years and older add $15 plus taxes.

•Rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars.

•Rates and Policies are subject to change without notice.

•Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

•All accommodation has flat screen TV’s with satellite service, without pay per view.

•Common Areas are Air Conditioned. Rooms are air conditioned individually.

•An electric fireplace in Lobby, 2nd Floor Lounge & all accommodations.

•We offer our guests complimentary parking, Wi Fi , ice and local calling to St. Thomas and London from your room.

•Robes are not provided.

•Please check our Cancellation Policy.

 

 

RESTRICTIONS

 

•Not suitable for pets.

•Partially wheelchair accessible.

•Out of consideration for other guests, please do not operate Jacuzzi tubs after 11 p.m. and before 7 a.m..

•Cooking is not permitted in any accommodation of INN ON THE HARBOUR or ‘Little’ INN.

•Smoking is not permitted on INN property.

•We don’t have facilities suitable to store items, such as bicycles, indoors.

•Bicycles are not permitted in INN rooms.

•Rates for New Years, Valentines and Holidays by request.

 

Check In and Check Out Policy

CHECK-IN: You are welcome to check in anytime after 3:00 p.m.

 

LATE CHECK-IN: We can accommodate a late check-in. If you expect to check in after 6 p.m. please notify us in advance so your accommodation can be held for you.

 

CHECK-OUT: By 11:00 a.m. If you plan to check-out before 10:00 a.m., please settle your account the previous day.

 

GUEST ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE: You have booked a confirmed reservation with our inn and we have honoured your booking by setting aside your accommodation for the timeframe you requested.

 

Arriving after and departing before your confirmed reservation dates, will result in the reserving guest being charged for their entire stay, regardless of the reason, unless we are able to rebook your room for you

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY: We are small inns with 16 rooms and suites and we do not overbook. Your accommodation is guaranteed. As a consequence, we must pursue a strict policy in respect to cancellations. Please satisfy yourself that you understand our deposit and cancellation policy as outlined below:

 

DEPOSITS / RESERVATIONS: A major credit card belonging to an attending guest, including the three digit security code shown on the back of the card, is required to guarantee a reservation. An imprint will be taken at check-in.

 

CANCELLATIONS: In the event of a cancellation, notice must be given five (5) days prior to your arrival date, otherwise your entire stay will be processed on your credit card if we are unable to rebook your accommodation for you.

 

NO SHOW: Your entire stay for your guaranteed reservation will be processed on your credit card.

 

BOOKING WITHIN 5 DAYS OF YOUR ARRIVAL: If you are booking within 5 days of your arrival date, your entire stay will be put through on your credit card at the time you make the booking.

 

BOOKING A RESERVATION FOR ANOTHER PERSON: When you reserve accommodation for another person, and / or yourself, you are now responsible for his / her accommodation, as well as your own. The entire stay will be processed at the time the reservation is made.

 

WEDDINGS OR LARGE BOOKINGS: Bookings for weddings and for 3 or more rooms in the same group will require additional cancellation notice

 

INN ON THE HARBOUR & ‘Little’ INN NON SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is prohibited as per Ontario Smoke Free Bylaw May 31/06.

 

SMOKING IS PROHIBITED on the entire INN ON THE HARBOUR & ‘Little’ INN property: This means that smoking is prohibited everywhere inside the inns and on all balconies, including the decks, front and side door areas of both inns, and the parking lot.

 

Smoking marijuana etc. & burning incense is not permitted on inn property. If it is discovered that there has been smoking before or after your check out, there will be a $250.00 charge that will be charged to you AND/OR you will be asked to leave.

 

Privacy Policy and Consent Forms

The Ontario Hotel Registration of Guests Act requires all guests to complete and sign a Registration Card at check-in.

 

In order to confirm an email reservation, due to the new Federal Privacy Act Effective January 1, 2004, it is required that you fill in the Privacy Act Consent Form online and click “Send” to automatically email it to us, as well as provide a Visa or MasterCard number , expiry date and three digit security code, shown on back of your card.

 

We cannot process your reservation without this information.

INN ON THE HARBOUR, requires the following information in order to provide you with their accommodation, not only for your personal safety, but also for their business security:
